Yes, we take security seriously. Your API credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES encryption and stored securely. We only use these credentials to fetch your sales data according to the permissions you grant, and we never share your credentials with third parties.
You can customize notifications in the "Settings" section of the app. Set notification preferences for different marketplaces, choose which events trigger alerts (sales, returns, reviews, etc.), and adjust notification sounds and delivery methods (push, email, or both).
SaleScouter refreshes your sales data in real-time for most marketplaces. Due to API limitations on some platforms, data may be updated every 15-30 minutes. You can always manually refresh your data by pulling down on the dashboard screen.
Yes, SaleScouter allows you to export your sales data and reports in various formats (CSV, Excel, PDF). Go to the "Reports" section, select your desired date range and metrics, then tap the export button to download your report.
