2. Marketplace Integration

SaleScouter provides integration with various e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. By connecting your marketplace accounts, you:

• Authorize SaleScouter to access and retrieve sales data from your marketplace accounts using the API credentials you provide
• Confirm that you have the legal right to provide such access
• Acknowledge that SaleScouter will periodically access your marketplace data to provide the services
• Understand that SaleScouter is not responsible for any issues with your marketplace accounts that are beyond our control

3. Subscription and Billing

SaleScouter offers subscription-based services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following:

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on your subscription plan
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support
• No refunds will be issued for partial months of service or for periods where your account was active but not used
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SaleScouter Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SaleScouter Inc.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SaleScouter Inc.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
